The Lightbox:

The Lightbox is YOUR collection of images. You may add up to 50 images to your lightbox. If you wish to purchase an image that is in your lightbox, click on the thumbnail to view the enlarged image. Select the items that you want to purchase and click on the "add to cart" button.

Shopping Cart:

The shopping cart displays your order details, if you wish to delete an image from your order before proceeding to checkout, simply hit the remove link on the right side.

Checking Out:

You will need to login to checkout your order. If you are new to the site please complete the registration form to create a username and password. This information is stored, so that you can return to the site to make future purchases and so that we can review your orders.

Payment Method:

Currently payments on the website can only be made by credit/debit card via Paypal or directly with a Paypal account.

Credit card security:


PayPal deal with all credit card details and security. Once you have confirmed you order you are automatically passed to the PayPal secure server to process the credit card payment. PayPal are a credible on-line company, visit their website www.paypal.com for full details.

Instant Downloads:

For Instant Downloads you will be directed to the download screen after payment has been cleared and received.

Product Return Policy:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with a print order, we will refund 100% of your order upon its return to us in the condition that it was received. Return shipping charges are your responsibility. You must contact us prior to any return and we will give you specific return instructions. If your order is delivered damaged, it is your responsibility to contact the shipper. IMPORTANT: Save all packing materials. Failure to do so can cause the shipper to deny your claim. 
 

Terms and Conditions

Instant Downloads:  When payment is receive you will be directed to the download pages where you can download the full resolution files you have chosen.

Delivery Times 
Your order will normally be processed within 24 hours. Delivery times are usually within 5 working days of receipt of your order and payment. You will be notified by email if delivery will take longer than 7 days.

Shipping and Handling 
Standard charges, for UK delivery, to an upper weight limit of 2kg are as follows:

For a single print, postage and packaging is 
£1.95 and 0.20p per additional print.  We will contact you for authorization before shipping if the shipping and handling charges will exceed the above costs.

Overseas deliveries are by quotation. Please contact us before confirming your order.

Back Orders 
You will be advised by email if the delivery of your prints will take longer than 7 working days or if the product you require is out of stock. Out of stock items are automatically placed on back order. An estimated deliver date will be advised by email, you have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Returns Policy

• A refund will not be given if goods are used or returned more than 7 days after invoice date.  
•  Items can only be returned if they are defective or damaged.  
•  If you are not completely satisfied with any goods please contact us immediately with details of the problem. Please return unused goods in their original packaging within 7 days of the invoice date for a full refund.  
• You are responsible for carriage cost for returning an item. The original carriage charge will only be refunded if an item is faulty or when an item has been incorrectly shipped. Carriage will not be refunded when incorrect purchases are returned. This does not affect your statutory rights.  
• If you wish to return any item, please telephone / email me, quoting your order reference and name. You will then be given a returns number. This must be enclosed with the goods being returned.
